During my stay, I faced numerous issues that were deeply disappointing. The vending machine was out of service, leaving me without snacks or drinks. Additionally, I found water leaking in the hall, which raised serious concerns about maintenance. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, which made my experience even more frustrating.
